2. Boomtown Pinot Gris Paired with Half Full Pizza: Délice De Bourgogne Cheese, Duxelles Mushrooms, Red Wine Vinegar Drizzle, & Chervil
3. Domaine Drouhin Dundee Hills Oregon Pinot Noir Paired with Braised Pork and Smoked Duck Cassoulet
4. Joseph Drouhin Chorey-Les Beaune & Cotes de Beaune Paired with Filet Mignon (4 oz) in Sauce Bourguignonne, Seared Pearl Onion and Fried Brussels Sprout, Frisee
5. Centerbe Alpine Liqueur & Cremant de Alsace by Dopf & Irion (separate) Cranberry Pear Clafoutis
